+ How does it work?

We’ll help you pick out a program based on your goals, equipment, amount of time in your schedule and favorite workout style using a streaming service. You can access the workouts on your phone, computer or smart TV. Watch this quick video that breaks it all down: https://vimeo.com/507696565

+ How does the one-on-one coaching work?

Once a week, we’ll send you a text to find out what’s working and what’s getting in the way of your routine or results. We’ll not only encourage and support you to get through the next phase of your program, but we’ll help you with what you’re struggling with so you can bust plateaus and not look back!

+ Do I have to share my photos?

All of your photos, stats and measurements remain confidential. You can choose to share your progress with others or keep that between us. However, we ask for progress photos in order to help you stay accountable. We find that once you get the results you’re looking for, most people are proud to show off their transformation.

+ How much does it cost?

Our one-on-one coaching is 100% complimentary. Whether you’re getting started as a client or coach, your only investment is in your challenge pack and products that you’ll use for your results. The most popular option is $160.

+ What comes in a challenge pack?

You’ll get a 30 day supply of superfood shakes or our performance line stack of pre and post workout supplements. One works to keep you healthy from the inside out, the other boosts your motivation, endurance, performance and recovery. There’s an option to get both too! You’ll also get 12 months of Beachbody On Demand and access to 1,500+ workouts. This comes with two digital nutrition programs: intuitive eating non restrictive eating or a more structured but flexible approach. If you ever decide it’s not for you, we stand by a full money back guarantee and will gladly help you through that process.

+ How does the accountability group work?

Our on-going group is housed within the same app where you’ll find all of your workouts, meal plans, guides and recipes. It’s a private group where all of our clients track their progress, find daily coaching tips and motivation and meet other people with the same goals. + What do coaches do?

Coaches are people just like you who want to help others make a healthy lifestyle change using Beachbody programs and products. We set goals, experience results and naturally want to pay it forward by helping friends, family and our people on social media have those same amazing results.

+ Do I have to be a fitness or nutrition expert?

You can be, but it’s not required. Coaches are teachers, trainers, corporate professionals, doctors, stay at home parents, personal trainers and everything in between. The programs we use have been designed by experts in the fields of health and fitness.

As coaches, it is our job to be in the trenches with our clients and help them stay focused on reaching their goals. Think about it like running a book club-- you don’t need to be the author of a book to get a group of people together to read and grow. It’s our job to connect people to a fitness program and eating plan that works for them, and help them get started on the path to living a healthy life.

+ How does the coach membership work?

You can create a coach membership for free if you’ve ever purchased a challenge pack. After that, it’s just $15.95 per month with no requirements, no quota, no inventory, no contract and no cancellation fee.

You decide what you buy and when. You have the option to use this membership to get a wholesale discount on products that you love (like how you do at Costco) or sell products and earn commissions. You aren't required to sell anything, ever.

When you want to buy something, you order through your own account and get a 25% discount. You'll never have to keep a surplus of products you don't love or need. You can stop your membership at any time. And if you decide it’s not for you, there's no cancellation fee to close your coach account.

+ What if I have no business experience?

The coaching doesn’t stop at fitness. We’re committed business coaches, too. We didn’t start with a ton of experience. We’re self taught entrepreneurs who’ve learned how to authentically share products, mentor, lead groups, market our services, get organized and motivate others. We’ll teach you everything we know!
