YOUR COMMITMENT
Choose any Beachbody workout. You can use DVDs that you already own, follow a program calendar from start to finish or mix it up and choose a different workout every day.
Give us 100 days of commitment. Come as you are. Show up and give your best for 100 days. This includes your best days and your rest days. What matters most is that we’re figuring out what works for you and working through what’s stopping you.
Submit Photos and Measurements on Day 1 and Day 100 to us and the Beachbody Challenge.
Allow us in and let us coach you. Being coachable is easier than it sounds. We can only help you get the results you’re looking for, if you’re honest with your current thoughts, choices and circumstances.
Track your workouts or rest days daily in the BOD app.
Track Weight and Measurements once a week in the BOD app.
